  1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 15days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Items such as opened or used skincare and healthcare products are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.

Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at  info@tulirnaturals.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  • Ship the Item: Pack the item securely, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Processing: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service at  info@tulirnaturals.com  with your order number. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item following our return policy once it has been delivered.

Changes to Orders

  • Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., update shipping address, change product), please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
